Apostles Edge is a newly constructed, luxurious 6 bedroom Villa situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the mountains edge of Camps Bay. The entire Villa is secured by an alarm system and offers ample parking for visitors and guests. The property is structured across three levels, each with breathtaking mountain and ocean views. Modern furnishings and designer touches set this property apart. The front entrance opens into the middle level, which has a large entertainment area, luxurious couches, large gas fireplace and 12 seater dining room table. Large glass sliding doors open up onto the middle level terrace. All bedrooms are sea facing, beautifully furnished and have their own en suite bathrooms. Four of the six rooms have air-conditioning. All rooms have double beds and spacious wardrobes. The top level of the property is accessed via the secured double garage. Two of the six bedrooms are on this level, both with ocean views and magnificent furnishings. One of the six bedrooms is on the middle level and enjoys uninterrupted sea views. The lower level features the remaining three bedrooms, each having access to the ground floor entertainment deck. An additional bar area features a 42 inch plasma television with full satellite TV and opens up onto the pool side of the deck, ideal for sunbathing on the sun loungers. The Villa is within short driving distance to the beautiful Camps Bay Beaches, shops, boutiques and restaurants, and just a mere 10 min. drive from Cape Town city centre and the V&A Waterfront.
Important Information
Arrival & Departure:
- Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival
- Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure
- We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests please let us know in advance
- To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of a half day’s rental will be charged
- Upon check-in, you will be required to produce proof of your credit card as well as identification. An imprint of your credit card will be taken and held for the duration of your stay. This will only be used in the case of damages
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
- Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays a 10% fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
- Contract fee for each booking will charged at R495
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
