The villa has large windows that not only showcase the beautiful views, but also let in lots of natural light. Ideal for a family or a group of friends, there is plenty of space for everyone.
The large kitchen is beautiful with oak cabinetry and granite counter tops. It is fully equipped and boasts both electric and gas stove tops as well as an Nespresso and filter coffee machine. There is a convenient service window which opens through to the dining area, and has seating for 8 guests. A step down from the dining area is the lounge, which consists of two luxurious couches, a fireplace and a TV with satellite channels. The lounge leads outside onto a lovely covered patio and garden area.
The master suite boasts a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, stunning sea views and has outdoor access onto a balcony with seating for two. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and has an en suite bathroom with a shower/bath. The third bedroom has a double bed while the fourth bedroom has twin beds or a double bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside, there is dining for 8 guests, a comfortable couch, sun loungers, a swimming pool and a lovely garden. There is also a heater for cooler evenings. There is further outdoor dining available in the courtyard. Whether staying for a weekend or a week, this picturesque setting will ensure a serene and very comfortable getaway.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
