Walking into this apartment you have a passage with the bedroom to the left. Further on you enter the kitchen open plan with the living room leading onto the large balcony. The kitchen is well laid out with the cooking and preparing on the one side and the washing and cleaning on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. You also find a good supply of crockery and cutlery as well as cooking utensils. There is a large granite top counter with bar stools for having a meal or catching up on those emails. Very light and bright living room with L-shape comfortable couch leading onto the large balcony with spectacular views. The balcony has a patio table and two chairs – ideal for sundowners or to read the newspaper with a coffee in the morning sun. The curtains in the living room block out any light completely from entering making it possible to watch that great sporting event you don’t want to miss on TV – even in broad daylight. The living room also has two ottomans which fold out as single mattresses providing extra sleeping arrangements for children or to put your feet up. The bedroom with en-suite bathroom is at the back of the apartment as you enter from the elevator making it very quiet at night away from the sounds of the city. The modern bathroom features a large shower, toilet and basin with large mirror above. Both the living room and the bedroom has one accent wall covered with stunning wallpaper for that extra special feel. The apartment has free wifi, and air-conditioner in the living room.

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.

The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.

A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.

Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.

The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:

More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%

1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%

15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%

7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%

Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%

The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.

Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
