St Martini Gardens is very centrally situated, close to the city centre as well as shops and restaurants and most of the city is easily accessible on foot. The stop for the ‘Hop On/Off’ city tour bus is just across the road from the entrance and the new MyCiti bus route which serves the whole city and its surrounding areas.
The air conditioned apartment offers an open plan lounge, a fully equipped granite topped kitchen and a sleeping area with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath/shower. All linen and towels are provided.

- A refundable breakages deposit fee is due on arrival. Please send proof of payment with the booking ID as a reference within 24 hours of making the reservation or the reservation will be released.
- Parking is available in the buildings secure parking garage at additonal cost per day.
- A cleaning fee is due on departure.
- Please let management know about an early arrival or late departure as this may require an extra days booking. Late night arrivals must be arranged beforehand and will incur a surcharge fee which is payable on arrival.
- Longer rentals available on request subject to negotiated rates.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of booking deposit.
- Cancellation thereafter: No refund except breakages deposit, if applicable.
