506 Canal Quays offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished 1-bedroom apartment situated on the fifth floor of the Canal Quays complex. The complex is located within close proximity to the V&A Waterfront and the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
The apartment comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a double bed and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine for guests convenience. There is a 4-seater dining table and chairs in the kitchen, and the lounge is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels. The living area leads out onto a balcony with outdoor furniture.
The apartment is equipped with free uncapped Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating. Guests have access to an underground parking bay, and the apartment complex offers a communal swimming pool which guests are welcome to use. Important Information
Please note that there is current construction across which means you can expect some noise during the week. This is due to be completed by September 2018. Cape Town has strict water restrictions in place so please use water wisely. There will be a security deposit of R2000 which will be taken on guests arrival; this will be refunded once the apartment has been checked. Please note that guests are to adhere to the apartment and complex rules at all times.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
