Every inch of this villa has been impeccably furnished with luxurious pieces that are so comfortable, you will feel right at home. The mostly white interior combined with the sound of crashing waves instills a sense of calm and tranquility.
Set out over 3 levels, there is plenty of space for everyone. Those who enjoy entertaining, will fall in love with this residence and its open plan layout. There is formal dining area for 14 guests, numerous lounges with TVs, a bar with 6 bar stools and a wine cooler and finally a cinema room with comfortable couches.
Outside on the ground floor is a gas barbecue, dining for 10, a swimming pool and a sauna. The first floor balcony has a Jacuzzi and the second floor has further outdoor dining for 12 guests, sun loungers and a patio lounge. All floors enjoy breath-taking sea views.
The master suite has a king-size bed, en-suite with a large shower that has seating and a steam flow. The room enjoys stunning sea views and has a private lounge area with TV and day bed. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, en-suite with shower, TV with Apple TV and access to the balcony with the Jacuzzi.
The remaining four rooms all have a queen-size bed, en-suite with shower, TV and an office desk. All 6 rooms are fitted with air-conditioning and underfloor heating. Located within walking distance from the beach and only 10 minutes from town, it is perfect for those on a business retreat or anyone wanting to do some sightseeing.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
