This beautiful two storey residence is perched at the foot of the Twelve Apostle Mountains, overlooking Camps Bay beach and is only 5 minutes from the beach and main strip as well as the city. The villa boasts 5 bedrooms, a private pool, open plan living areas and exceptional views, making you sure you relax in luxury.
All 5 of the bedrooms enjoy sea or mountain views and air conditioning. Bedroom one has a queen-size bed and an en-suite with bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and en-suite with bath and shower. The third bedroom has a double bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom four which has a single bed. Bedroom five on the ground floor, has a queen-size bed and en-suite with a shower.
There is outdoor dining for 8 on the terrace as well as a gas barbecue. Below the pool deck is a small garden. Inside, the main living area has a TV lounge with DSTV, an electric fireplace, formal dining for 8 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar to seat 5.
The living room leads out onto the courtyard terrace with sea views. The second TV area has a wood burning fireplace, office desk and access to laundry facilities. This also leads out onto the terrace with sea views.
The pool deck is the perfect place to put your feet up, after a day of exploring. An enticing daybed overlooks the ocean, but there are other comfortable chairs and loungers available too.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
