Arniston Self Catering House is the ultimate self-catering accommodation in the Western Cape. Centrally situated in Main Road, this holiday house is conveniently located close to all exciting attractions and activities in the Arniston region.
The house comprises six bedrooms, four of which are double rooms and two are twin rooms. The house comfortably sleeps 12 guests.
There are two toilets, two showers, one bath and all linen and towels are provided for guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge and a bar fridge, a microwave and an oven. The kitchen also features a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The open-plan lounge and dining area features comfortable seating as well as a TV with PVR DSTV and a HiFi.
There are braai facilities on the outdoor patio which is ideal for entertaining family and friends. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional fee and this can be pre-arranged on booking.

Important Information
- All bookings are required to be settled in full no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Please note that your booking is subject to the Terms and Conditions accepted on confirmation.
- Absolutely no smoking in the house.
- When leaving the house at any time please always lock the entire house and arm the alarm.
- Do not sit on any furniture with wet bathing suits.
- Never leave windows and doors open when leaving the house.
- If you break anything please inform us immediately.
- Please always place refuse/garbage in bins provided and not in bags on the ground.
- Occupancy at any time is to be no more than 12 guests unless approved by FMC.
- No Pets allowed.
- Please keep noise level to a minimum in respect of your neighbours.
- No loud music before 10:00am or after 22:00pm.
- Do not move furniture around the house or take furniture outside.
- Only make fires in the fire places provided.
- On departure please ensure house is generally tidy and securely locked.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
- 31 to 60 days prior to booked date: full refund less non-refundable deposit.
- 0 to 30 days prior to booked: NO REFUND WHATSOEVER - FULL AMOUNT WILL BE PAYABLE.
Postponement:
- 31 to 60 days prior to booked date: no transfer or cancellation fee will be charged and your deposit will remain.
- 15 to 30 days prior to booked date: 50% off full booked value will be charged to transfer your dates.
- 0 to 14 days prior to booked date: 100% of purchase price will be forfeited.
Assumption of Risk:
- I accept full responsibility for any loss I may suffer as a result of injury, illness or loss of life or damage or loss of property that I or any of my party may sustain during the proposed stay at 16 On Main Arniston.
- I hereby indemnify FMC Property, its agents, employees andassociates, harmless against any such claim however and without derogating from generality thereof.
- These risks include loss or damage to personal property, injury or fatality, accident or illness in remote area without immediate medical facilities.
Travel Insurance:
- You are personally responsible for arranging your own insurance and the costs thereof .
- When arranging your insurance please ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for this type of booking, ensuring that the Travel Insurance also covers expenses related to cancellations pertaining to any medical conditions/situations.
- Please note that you and your personal property, baggage and money are at all times solely your responsibility.
- Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer or additional costs you may incur as a result of your inability to meet your booking commitment.
