Cancellation Policy
A reservation cancelled by notice in writing at least 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival date may be released and no cancellation fee will be charged. Any guaranteed bookings that are cancelled 30 (thirty) days or less prior to the arrival date are subject to the following cancellation penalties:
- 50% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 29 to 15 days prior to arrival.
- 100% cancellation fee of total booking if cancelled 14 to 0 days or in the case of a no show.
- 100% cancellation fee on a total booking for bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival or in case of a no show.
