Ristorante Posticino's wood burning oven ensures that thin based pizzas are deliciously crisp and cooked to perfection with a variety of mouth-watering toppings. Veal dishes are a speciality with Veal Marsala and Veal Parmiggiano both highly recommended. Pasta lovers have plenty to choose from and the Pasta Marinara with its impressive mix of clams, mussels, calamari and shrimps is a popular choice. Salads feature prominently on the menu for summer and if those listed are not to your liking the chef will gladly prepare your own combination of ingredients. Much the same can be said about the sauces which are made to order and include a good selection of traditional Italian sauces with or without cream depending on your preference.
