The Vista is apartment has a magnificent view to False Bay. Ideal for a couple or can be rented with the Main House for extra guests with a connecting door from the living room of that suite, but totally private for 2 if rented separately.
The spacious kitchen/living/sleeping area is air conditioned and features a king size bed, flat screen TV with DSTV, DVD player and CD player. The bathroom is en suite and contains a shower. Linen, bath and swimming towels as well as a hairdryer is supplied.
An ADSL (broadband) connection is also available.
The kitchenette is well equipped with a portable stove with oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer . An iron and ironing board is supplied and a shared washing machine is available.
Please note that due to the layout of the property, with two swimming pools, koi ponds and a jacuzzi, and to ensure your peace, comfort and security, no children under the age of 10 years are allowed at Constantia Vista.

- The Vista Apartment can be rented with The Main House for 2 additional guests. Rates subject to change without notice
- 50% deposit required by credit card to confirm reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
