An open-plan main interior features the kitchen leading into the lounge, which in turn leads out to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen with smooth granite-topped counters and two bar stools includes a kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as an oven and hob. The lounge with a 3-seater leather couch and 2 single-seating chairs features a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player and DStv bouquet.
The balcony will treat you to the fantastic view with a dining table and benches supplied, perfect for outdoor dining or a relaxing sundowner as you admire the gorgeous twilight filling the sky. The main bedroom comprises of a queen bed while the second has a double. 2 bathrooms are available, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
The apartment complex is only a few minutes walk from the beach. Secure parking is available in an undercover parking bay and overall security is available with the building being an access-controlled complex. Free Wi-Fi connectivity is available as well. The coastal suburb of Bloubergstrand is a superb holiday destination with various establishments within walking distance of the apartment complex, some of them even facing the beachfront.
Two shopping complexes are a short drive away. Bloubergstrand ideally offers guests a convenient drive south to the Cape Town Centre while northwards lies the luscious West Coast, which features numerous charming towns and beautiful nature reserves.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

I chose the Waves as an alternative to my normal hotel or B&B accommodation for my business stay in CPT. The location was perfect and the flat was clean, comfortable and had all I needed for an enjoyable stay. As a monthly visitor to CPT , I will definetly make use of your services again.
Stand out feature was the main bedroom for sure, it was overlooking the beautiful ocean of Blouberg and it felt like a dream, with the views also of Table Mountaun. Dinner on the balcony provided more views, better than at any surrounding restaurant. Our holiday was one for the books. Loved every moment.
Great facilities, welcome pack with all the little extras and views to die for. We had a blast.
