Important Information
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside the house- there are ashtrays on terraces though for outdoor smoking.
- Our staff will come to the house once during your stay (more than 7 days stay) to change bed linen and clean bathrooms and kitchen (excluding dish washing and packing away your personal belongings).
- On request and with additional cost we can arrange 2 to 3 hrs cleaning per day, as many times as you wish (to make the beds, tidy kitchen and do the dish washing+bathrooms).
- Our gardener will come regularly (when you are away) for pool maintenance, BBQ cleaning, plant watering and garbage collection. No party allowed on the premise.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified up to 46 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
