Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

Enjoyed our stay at Ocean 12 very much.The venue is private, well equipped and situated walking distance from the beach with a perfect view from the balcony and the open plan kitchen /lounge.Will definitely make use of this facility again.
Spent a romantic long weekend here with my husband and we both loved every moment. Scenic views to the beachfront and a secluded ambiance with no groups of people taking away from our time, as would be the case elsewhere.
Great value for money. Everything that makes a holiday good - views, efficient staff and clean and comfortable apartment that is homely and attractive.
