Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

The apartment we rented from you was at the very best location, right on the beach. The view is simply the best. The apartment is really small, but comfortable for 2 people.
Enjoyed the sundowners at the sound of the surf, view of the city from the balcony, long walks on the beach, and proximity to the vibrant city which is 100 ZAR away in a cab! A small apartment that opens up to the big Cape Town!
We enjoyed the stay at Leisure Bay 207, we will definitely use the property again.
Please just give more attention to the bathroom. The grouting in the shower was a bit mouldy and there were some black stuff in the basin that I had to clean before using it.
The staff were really friendly and very help full, a big thank you to them
Otherwise, our stay was great!!
It had a most amazing view. The unit was clean and bright and had almost all the kitchen utensils that one could think of - which was great! It was a lovely place to stay....
For us everything was 100%
