Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

Lagoon beach 202 was very clean, comfortable and has a great view. Kitchen is well equipped. I will definitely book this apartment again. The TV did not have all DSTV channels which they might want to consider. It was a great stay.

Honestly there’s not much improvements to be made. Minor touches here and there.
Excellent on every level, I brought an international visitor to experience Cape Town and wanted to avoid unnecessary costs of a hotel but enjoy the convenience and luxury of good accommodation. We experienced just that, convenient location, great facilities (pool, deck and restaurants closeby, WIFI and a great view).
