GENERAL:
- The Operator reserves the right to release any accommodation or group booking/s held should prepayment not reach the managing agent within the period stated above. The Operator also reserves the right to request payment directly from guests on arrival, should payment not reach the managing agent before the specified dates.
Cancellation Policy
INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS:
1.1.1 In the event of a cancellation or an amendment that reduces the number of rooms held or the number of nights held:
1.1.1.1 In excess of seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be levied. Any deposit received will be refunded in full.
1.1.1.2 Within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, a fifty (50) % cancellation fee will be levied, on the total value of the rooms cancelled.
1.1.1.3 Cancellation on the day of arrival or “no-show”, results in a one hundred (100) % percent cancellation fee.
1.1.1.4 No refund will be given to guests leaving prior to booked departure dates, as this is considered a cancellation, which falls within the stipulated cancellation policy.
GROUP BOOKINGS:
2.2.1 In the event of a cancellation or an amendment that reduces the number of rooms held or the number of nights held:
2.2.1.1 In excess of sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be levied. Any deposit received will be refunded in full.
2.2.1.2 Within sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, a fifty (50) % cancellation fee will be levied, on the total value of the rooms cancelled.
2.2.1.3 Within thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date or no-show results in one hundred (100) % cancelation.
2.2.1.4 No refund will be given to guests leaving prior to booked departure dates, as this is considered a cancellation, which falls within the stipulated cancellation policy.
