Built over two levels, the home has the lounge, dining area and kitchen situated upstairs with the bedrooms spread over the two floors. The lounge and dining room are open plan while the kitchen and scullery are separate. The spacious lounge has an L-shaped couch as well as two smaller couches. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8.
 
The lounge furthermore offers amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain that leads out to a balcony with dining seating for 6 and views of the parking area below towards the streets and onwards towards the ocean. The dining area leads to a sheltered area with further casual seating for 4, as well as an additional dining area with seating for 8 around a glass table. This sheltered area leads out to the backyard that includes a large garden area.
 
There is additionally a separate entertainment area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, the third with two single beds, and the fourth with a queen-size bed as well. The fourth bedroom is near the entrance of the property. There are an additional 3 bathrooms: one with a bath and shower while one includes a bath and the other a shower. A guest toilet is available as well, situated between two of the bedrooms.
 
Two flat-screen televisions are available, both with DStv decoders. One is upstairs and the other is downstairs. Two DVD players are available, one with each flat-screen television as well as free Wi-Fi internet access. Parking is available in a double garage. The property includes pool, jacuzzi (unavailable due to water restriction)  and barbecue facilities. The villa furthermore includes an alarm system with the complex offering security patrols as well.
 
Apart from what you can enjoy in this beautiful villa, you can discover the wealth of attractions in Bloubergstrand, including numerous restaurants, cafés, bars, stores and shopping malls. One of the areas star attractions is its beach, which is a popular spot for kite boarders and surfers and where you can indulge yourself in wonderful views across the ocean towards Table Mountain. Bloubergstrand is a convenient drive from Cape Towns City Centre and is on the route to the magnificent West Coast, with its national park and various charming coastal towns.
