This three bedroom, two bathroom self catering, north facing, first floor apartment is located just a few minutes away from Central Beach and the Beacon Isle.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom that has a shower over the bath and there is four single beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The second bathroom only has a shower.
There is a fully fitted kitchen including an automatic washing machine, a sitting room, and patio with a BBQ. There is one car port with extra parking for visitors within a fenced complex with 24 hour manned access control.
There are also tennis/squash courts and a large swimming pool. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk from the complex and there is a lovely wooden walkway along the Piesang river in front of River Club.

Important Information
- Children over the age of 12 charged at adult rate. We have one baby cot. Charge for one adult using sleeper couch in Harmony or Finch is R400 high season and R350 low season.
- During Peak Season from about the 15 December into January the whole house is let on a self-catering basis. Rate on application.
- Sunkissed is a two bedroom suite which can only be booked for two people if it is the last suite available.
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are subject to a minimum of 15% cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 30+ days prior to arrival: refund of 75%
- Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival: refund of 25% deposit
- Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival: no refund
- In the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
